The College of Business is an academic unit of Dillard University and is administered by the Dean with the support of two chairpersons, faculty and staff. The college offers a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree program to students with varying and diverse academic backgrounds to meet the challenges of the business, public and international communities. The program is designed to provide students with a well-rounded educational experience that is grounded in the liberal arts tradition, as well as in the study of business. The purpose of the curriculum is to develop graduates who will be responsible citizens prepared to play key leadership roles in a global business environment.

The College of Business is organized into two schools: the School of Accounting and Financial Economics and the School of Business Administration.
School of Accounting and Financial Economics
The School of Accounting and Financial Economics provides quality education to students who want to major in accounting or financial economics. The school prepares students majoring in Accounting for careers in public, corporate, and not-for-profit accounting organizations that demand a high level of accounting professionalism. The school also provides quality education to students majoring in Financial Economics for careers in professional fields of economics or finance. In addition, it prepares students for graduate, professional and advanced studies in accounting, economics, finance and other related fields of study.

School of Business Administration
The School of Business Administration provides quality education to students majoring in Business Administration. These students receive a broad-based business education that prepares them for entrepreneurship and careers in international business, management or marketing. While Business Administration is the major for all students in the school, students must select a concentration in either International Business, Management or Marketing. This curriculum is designed to provide students with a solid foundation of business knowledge that will allow them to compete effectively in a global business environment.
