The Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD) offers programs and services that connect students to employers and professionals who share their expertise and work-related experience. The programs also provide employers with the opportunity to meet the College’s future graduates. Programs include:

  • Career Insider’s View: Industry-specific roundtable discussions with employers.
  • Career Pathway Series: Presentations and counsel from working professionals.
  • Resume Workshops by Industry: Real-world advice from real-world recruiters.
  • Mock Interviews: Constructive practice and invaluable preparation provided by industry professionals.
  • Life After Dillard: Senior Transition Initiative: Wisdom and guidance for upcoming graduates.

Get Involved



The Center for Career and Professional Development provides multiple ways for employers and students to connect. Employers can:

  • Post internships and job openings to our online database, Bleu Pride Guide.
  • Conduct student interviews on campus.
  • Participate in the annual on-campus internship fair,
  • Recruit at NOLA Career Fair, a multi-college event held in the Spring at the Mercedes Benz Super Dome.
