Dillard University will suspend business operations and all classes until Tuesday, September 4 due to Hurricane Issac.
We will keep you posted as to when students who are at Centenary College can return to campus. We are currently assessing damages from the hurricane and will update you as information becomes available.

Today at 5 p.m. residential students who were unable to evacuate on their own were bused to Centenary College in Shreveport, La. Centenary College has housed Dillard students and staff during past evacuations, and the institution has always been a most gracious host.

Students: This is to advise that all classes are cancelled on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. It is advised that students who are contemplating leaving the campus or the city should make plans to do so within the next 12 hours. Students should refer to Blackboard for class assignments. Faculty and Staff: Dillard faculty and staff should report to work on Monday to make sure that their offices are secure and protected from the storm. Employees should not report to work on Tuesday and Wednesday as business operations will be suspended on those days.
