Professional Accomplishments

Mrs. Helen R. Bougere is the Administrative Assistant in the College of Business at Dillard University. Mrs. Bougere interest is giving back to the community and well as working with faculty and students at Dillard University. She is also the VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) Site Coordinator. Prior to VITA Site Coordinator, Mrs. Bougere worked as income tax preparer for H&R Block. Mrs. Bougere has been the recipient of over $53,750 in grants from the Internal Revenue Service, W.K. Kellogg Foundation, and Norflet Progress Fund.
