♦ The reservation deadline for the Reunion hotel is APRIL 5. Be sure to book in advance. ♦ Early Bird Registration for reunion deadline is APRIL 13.
♦ Last day for mail-in registrations is APRIL 13 (registrations must be postmarked APRIL 13).
♦ After April 13, you may continue to register by phone or online until APRIL 26.
♦ All attendees should be available to pick-up event tickets at Registration on Friday, May 10.
♦ Tickets must be presented at the door of each event (event tickets will be available for purchase and pick-up on Friday, May 4).
♦ Cancelation/Refund Policy: Unavoidable situations that require you to cancel your Alumni Weekend registration often arise. Requests to cancel your registration should be submitted to the Alumni Office, in writing, no later than April 19 in order to be eligible for a refund.
♦ Class gifts are the aggregate giving of any class celebrating a reunion to the university given during this fiscal year (July 1, 2012 – June 30, 2013). Class gift totals will be tallied and presented at the reunion banquet.
♦ Gifts may be made by contacting the Alumni Office at (504)816-4504, or via mail to Alumni Relations Office, 2601 Gentilly Blvd., New Orleans, LA 70122.”
♦ Any questions regarding the Donor Recognition Event should be directed toward the Annual Giving Office, (504)816-4504.
♦ Transportation between reunion hotels and reunion events will be provided from May10 – May 12. A transportation schedule will be posted at the concierge desk of the reunion hotel and emailed in advance.
♦ Encourage family, church members and friends to purchase an advertisement in the 2013 Reunion Souvenir Program Book by completing the Advertising Reservation Form and returning it no later than April 1, 2013.
