Dillard University's Office of Community Relations (OCR) is dedicated to the rebuilding of New Orleans: physically, emotionally. and economically. The OCR was established to increase homeownershlp in Gentllly neighborhoods. That focus shifted in 2005 following Hurricane Katrina. Today the OCR Is actively engaged in revitalization across the cIty - working to assist in rebuilding the infrastructure of our city, while also offering numerous community outreach programs for residents to improve their personal lives.
