    In an opinion piece for the L.A. Times, Dillard President Dr. Walter Kimbrough pens a question to hip hop moguls Dr. Dre and Jimmy Iovine asking them why they didn't consider giving their large donation to a black college instead of to the already well-endowed university, USC.

    "I do hope it will recruit and enroll a diverse class of students and not become some enclave for the already privileged student body there," says Kimbrough.
