The IRB Policy and Procedures describe the IRB committee structure, the review process, adverse event reporting, how to record changes to protocols and informed consent documents, record keeping and institutional policies relating to human subjects.  The Office of Academic Affairs prepares researchers on how to meet federal compliance regulations through the presentation of University-wide workshops related to research responsibilities and risks.  More information on the IRB policy, procedures and other related information is available from the Office of Academic Affairs.
