(New Orleans) – Dillard University Theatre presents, Macbeth ‘Something Wicked This Way Comes’ on November 21 and 22 at 8 pm and November 23 at 2 pm at the Dillard University Cook Theatre on campus, 2601 Gentilly Blvd. in New Orleans.
Ray Vrazel directs what is arguably one of the most powerful and emotionally intense plays by Shakespeare. Macbeth, the main character, chooses the path of evil to become King and as in all great tragedies, so begins his fall. With its themes of treachery, murder, witches, ghosts and madness, it is hardly surprising that the play is thought to bring bad luck to those who perform in it.

Tickets are $12 for General Admission; $10 for students(with ID) and senior citizens; $5 for Dillard University Students; Dillard Alumni qualify for the “2 for 1” package special;
Special Matinee Performances are available for public and private schools.
