As institutional financial aid professionals, we, the staff of the Office of Financial Aid & Scholarships, are expected to maintain exemplary standards of professional conduct in all aspects of carrying out our responsibilities, specifically including all dealings with any entities involved in any manner in student financial aid, regardless of whether such entities are involved in government sponsored, subsidized, or regulated activity.
Therefore, all our actions are bound by the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (NASFAA), of which we are members. NASFAA’s Statement of Ethical Principles and Code of Conduct for Institutional Financial Aid Professionals was published in May 2007. This statement outlines our code of conduct.
