The 2012 Best HBCU Ranking from U.S. News is in and Dillard University has once again, made the top ten. Dillard was also mentioned in the top Liberal Arts Colleges ranking as well.

Congratulations, Fair Dillard!

Dillard University men make news with their wardrobe choices.

“When young men come to college, they have no idea what the image of a college man is, so I wanted their first image to be a man of honor,” says Jerome Bailey, Dillard’s SGA president, and the author of the idea. He adds that if students “are dressed professionally from the first day on, it will not be a fad or a phase, it will be the first and lasting impression.”

Dillard University President Dr. Walter Kimbrough is one of the top 30 "People to Watch", according to New Orleans Magazine.

“Being a college president is my calling, to engage young people so they can serve their communities,” Kimbrough says. “My favorite thing is being with the students.”
