CPS cook 3"Catch the Wall", a new play by Gabrielle Reisman, begins its run at Cook Theatre on March 14, through March 24, 2013 on the Dillard University campus. In Reisman’s original play “Catch the Wall,” which was mounted in a workshop performance last year, two New Orleans middle-schoolers work together to make a dance video in memory of a popular bounce MC. The plot thickens when the rapper’s ghost begins haunting the halls of their charter school, and the two students must band together to fight dangers both real and from beyond the grave – with ingenuity, determination and of course, music. “Catch the Wall” will run for 8 performances in March, under the umbrella of the NOLA Project theatre company.
