POSITION OVERVIEW



The Enrollment Management Program Manager is a full-time professional position. The Enrollment Management Program Manager will provide oversight to front-end users in the Jenzabar EX Admissions, Financial Aid Manager, and Registration Modules as well as PowerFAIDS for the Office of Enrollment Management encompassing Financial Aid and Scholarships, Records and Registration and Recruitment, Admissions and Programming under the direction of the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management.


 ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS


Writing queries and reports using Infomaker.  


Works with end users to identify business needs and to plan and design enhanced functionality of existing applications by creating and maintaining Jenzabar EX Admissions, Financial Aid Manager, and Registration Modules, user manual which identifies all our processes and practices, and train all new hires that will use the modules in use by Enrollment Management areas.


Responsible for the maintenance of all Admissions tables and as needed from the Registrar the Registration tables (and processes such as the AD to RE transfer, daily procedures, and action lists) in Jenzabar EX.



  • Creates and runs daily batch jobs, identifies implements opportunities for automation.

  • Loads data import files and creates export files as needed.

  • Monitors data load errors and data integrity reports.

  • Coordinates development of queries, funnel reports, and other information to assist end users in maintaining data integrity and for performing data audits.

  • Provides detailed functional specifications for upgrades, interfaces, reports, forms and workflows to Information Technology and Telecommunication for system modifications.

  • Prepares in collaboration with Information Technology and Telecommunications for data imports from ACT or SAT upload as well as spreadsheets to be loaded or interfaced in the Admission module as well as data abstracts.

  • Assists with the development and management of other databases, websites, communications plans or ancillary systems including but not limited to CollegeWeekLive, Student Recruit, Constant Contact, Common Application, etc.in use by Enrollment Management.

  • Assists end users to write business processes utilizing existing applications in use by Enrollment Management areas.

  • Assists with other data and information management projects as needed.

  • Creation of weekly, semi-weekly, monthly, and Ad Hoc funnel reports data as well as creation and maintenance of archive data for year to year comparisons.


 Serve as Enrollment Management liaison with Information Technology and Telecommunications for EX enhancements or fixes and with PowerFAIDS



  • Other duties as assigned by the Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management.

Qualifications EDUCATION
Graduation from ru1 accredited institution with a bachelors degree in computer science or related field, three-five years progressively responsible administrative/technical experience.

EXPERIENCE
•Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, communicate project status and provide leadership and direction for front-end users.
•Ability to develop testing plans and manage the work of departmental resources.
•Logical approach to problem solving.
•Working knowledge of relational database repo1ting tools.
•Strong written, oral and organizational skills.
Prefer working knowledge of Jenzabar EX Admissions, Financial Aid and Registration modules. Prefer experience working as a Super User or Module Manager.
