Former Dillard president Dr. Marvalene Hughes discussed the devastation and recovery process of the institution post Katrina, at the 26th annual National Conference on Race and Ethnicity in Higher Education. She was joined by presidents of Xavier, Tulane, Loyola, Southern and Howard Universities.
