Click here for the Facility Use Request Form Dillard University hosts a wide variety of summer programs, including athletic camps, youth and adult residential programs, conferences and trade shows, workshops, seminars and many more. Dillard University welcomes organizations to use our facilities for summer programs if the requested dates and space are available. Requests for use of facilities should be made in writing to the Office of Conference Services the Kearny Hall Building. Any University department or affiliate may conduct a summer program intended to promote the mission of Dillard University. All organizations or persons not affiliated with the University must have a Campus Sponsor willing to act as a liaison between the University and the Program Director. All arrangements for support must go through the Campus Sponsor. Dillard University is dedicated to ensuring that all participants have an enjoyable and safe experience while visiting our beautiful campus. It is important that everyone involved with summer programs adhere to all policies and procedures and that each participant demonstrate proper conduct during their stay at Dillard.
