• Correct spelling of organization.
• First and last name of representative or escort, classification, major and city where they are from.
• All monies for organizational sashes, flowers, boutonnieres or tuxedos must be paid by the organization or representative.

Deadline Dates:

November 7 & 13, 2012 - Tuxedo fitting in Kearny Hall Baseent, 5-6 p.m.

Cost: $60.00 Cash only and MUST be paid before fitting.

Please bring all money to Ms Dawn Holmes in Lawless Chapel office

November 9, 2012 - Submit names of Organization Representation for Coronation Ball

All female participants must wear floor length gowns - NO EXCEPTIONS!!!

November 12, 2012 - Money for Representatives, Sash, Flower or Boutonniere

Cost: $20 Cash only to Ms Dawn Holmes in Lawless Chapel office

Coronation Rehearsal Dates and Time:

November 1st, 6th, 8th, and 13th

@ 6:30 p.m., 2nd floor of Student Union
