The Dillard University Choir will perform at the school's 74th Annual Holiday Concert on Friday, Dec. 3, 2010. The concert, titled A Child Is Born!, will be held at 7:30 p.m. in Lawless Memorial Chapel on the Dillard campus. The show is free and open to the public. Doors open at 6:45 p.m.

Professor S. Carver Davenport will direct the choir and be accompanied on piano by Dr. Lucian Zidaru. This year’s concert will include special guest performances from Valerie Jones Francis, '83 and Jonté Landrum Thomas. The concert will be narrated by Rev. Gail Bowman.

The choir will perform classics including “Silent Night,” "White Christmas," and many more.
