The Center for Career and Professional Development supports the holistic development of students by guiding them through the career and professional development process in an effort to prepare them for entry into graduate or professional schools, as well as into the global marketplace. Our goal is to assist every student to develop values and establish career and life goals. Each student beginning in their first year is guided through a four-phase process that takes them from the beginning stages of choosing a major and adjusting to college life to the world of work and life after Dillard. This year we made lots of lists to share valuable information and resources on career planning, job search and internships. Most people love lists because they are easy to read and with all the other things competing for our time, lists are a quick way for us to get real information. Our newest list include 75 of our favorite internships that HBCU students, alumni and staff should explore over the semester break! Explore ALL 8 of our big 2012 lists on career planning and job search are here! Feel free to share or republish as you wish. (Please link to lists since we update the content all the time. If you paste into your website as is, then some links might not be usable). Looking forward to further support career and HBCU excellence in 2013!
