This year, we proudly honor 40 outstanding young leaders under the age of 40 who are shaping the future through their professional excellence, community involvement, and commitment to service. The recognition doesn’t stop there! Each honoree has also accepted the 40 Under 40 Giving Challenge, raising or giving a minimum of $2,000 in support of Dillard University’s Alumni Fund to fuel scholarships, alumni initiatives, and programs that empower the next generation of leaders.
