New Student Move In Day

Welcome to Your New Home!

We are delighted to welcome you to campus! It is our goal to make your on-campus living experience enjoyable. To get your move-in process started, here are a few reminders.

Welcome to DU

  • Please ensure that you have completed your 2024-25 Residential Life Application AND your 2024-25 Residential Life Contract.
  • Pay close attention to the 2023-24 Residence Hall Packing List.
  • Ensure you are cleared with Business and Finance (bursar@dillard.edu), Student Health (studenthealth@dillard.edu), and Admissions (new students only – admissions@dillard.edu). NOTE: This process MUST be completed before you are eligible to move-in.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Residential Life Guide.
  • Connect with your room/suitemate, fellow students, Resident Assistants, SOAR Leaders and Mentors.

Photography Services Update Request

Complete the form below and provide as many details as you can. The OCM photography team will notify you by email when your request has been received along with the timeline to expect your update. ALLOW 2 WEEKS MINIMUM FOR UPDATES. (PLEASE, NO LAST-MINUTE REQUESTS.)  Some requests require more time. For upcoming events, please include the event name, date, time, location along with a description of the event. THIS FORM IS FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY.
