University College serves as the advising center for all incoming students and continuing students, re-admit and transfer students who have 30 credit hours and below.
Our academic advisors are dedicated to ensuring you are connected to the appropriate resources to foster your success at Dillard.
All incoming students will be assigned an advisor within University College based on their last names.
All incoming transfer students will have an opportunity to attend a transfer specific workshop during the SOAR orientation period.
All incoming transfer students will be assigned an University College advisor (based on their last name) for their first semester.
University College and departmental advisors will work together to advise students and ensure transfer courses are accurately reflected on each student’s records.
Departmental advisors will be listed as a secondary advisor on all transfer students records for the first term.
Students will receive an official email introducing them to their new advisor at the end of the term.
