Campus Update: Return to Normal Operations – Tuesday, January 27

Due to favorable weather conditions, the University will re-open and resume normal operations on Tuesday, January 27, 2026.
All classes will resume as scheduled, and all faculty and staff are expected to report to work. If you experience weather-related or local conditions that prevent you from safely reporting to campus, please notify your direct supervisor as soon as possible.
Thank you for your cooperation and flexibility as we navigated the recent weather conditions. We appreciate your continued commitment to the safety and operations of the University.

 


 

Sunday, January 25, 2026, 2:30 p.m.

In light of the winter weather conditions and out of an abundance of caution, the University will operate virtually on Monday, January 26, 2026. All in-person classes and on-campus operations will transition to a virtual format for the day.

Student Dining and Shuttle Services
To ensure continued access to meals, a modified meal pick-up schedule will be in place for students on Monday:

  • 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.
  • 4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

Retail locations will be closed (WPS Starbucks & OBC Grill)

Shuttle service will operate on the weekend/brunch schedule to support students who need transportation on campus for meals:

  • 11:30 a.m. pick up from IC to Kearny 
  • 1:30 p.m. return to IC from Kearny
  • 4:30 p.m. pick up from IC to Kearny
  • 6:30 p.m. pick up from Kearny to IC


All staff are expected to work remotely on Monday, January 26 unless their role has been designated as essential and requires on-campus presence.

Employees should remain available during their regularly scheduled work hours and perform their duties remotely to the extent possible. 

We will continue to closely monitor weather conditions and will provide an update regarding campus operations for Tuesday, January 27, 2026, by 1:00 p.m. on January 26, 2026.

Photography Services Update Request

Complete the form below and provide as many details as you can. The OCM photography team will notify you by email when your request has been received along with the timeline to expect your update. ALLOW 2 WEEKS MINIMUM FOR UPDATES. (PLEASE, NO LAST-MINUTE REQUESTS.)  Some requests require more time.
