How It Works
- Apply & Get Admitted — Complete your Dillard application and receive your student ID.
- Request COE / Transfer — Obtain your Certificate of Eligibility or transfer benefits if applicable.
- Submit Certification — Fill out the online certification form each term you use benefits.
- We Certify Enrollment — Dillard verifies your enrollment with VA, and you’ll receive VA confirmation.
