The Office of Information Technology and Telecommunications (ITT) strives to provide the Dillard University community with high quality network services. We provide campus-wide support and services to the faculty, staff and students for internet/network connectivity, both internal and external, to the campus.
We serve you through:
Dillard partners with Jenzabar to offer technology solutions that provide scalable software and services, including our student information system, cloud services, managed services, and training and support.
As of July 2022, Dillard’s primary virtual meeting platform is Google Meet. Microsoft Teams is also an authorized vendor of the University. Any other virtual platform that is used is the sole responsibility of the employee who wishes to use that platform.

ALLOW 2 WEEKS MINIMUM FOR UPDATES. (PLEASE, NO LAST-MINUTE REQUESTS.) Some requests require more time. For upcoming events, please include the event name, date, time, location along with a description of the event. THIS FORM IS FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY.
