Dr. Atia Garrett-Washington has been appointed Vice President of Enrollment Management. Dr. Garrett-Washington previously served as Executive Director of RAP (Recruitment, Admissions and Programming) since Spring 2025, and in her new role she’ll take on an expanded portfolio — continuing to lead recruitment, admissions, and programming while adding oversight of financial aid and retention initiatives. She’ll be responsible for building and executing the University’s enrollment strategy, shaping financial aid policies that support both student access and Dillard’s financial stability, and working alongside Academic and Student Affairs to keep students on track toward graduation.
