Nazar Mustapha, Ph.D. of Dillard University has received a Fulbright Specialist Program (FSP) award from the U.S. Department of State and the Fulbright Foreign Scholarship Board. Mr. Mustapha will conduct a variety of educational and training activities within the field of Economics at the University of Prishtina in Kosovo.
Mr. Mustapha is one of more than 400 U.S. citizens who share their expertise with institutions abroad through the FSP each year. The FSP sends U.S. faculty, administrators, and professionals to serve as short-term experts at institutions around the world, where they address critical global issues while building relationships, expertise, and leadership in support of the long-term interests of the United States. Recipients are selected based on their academic and professional achievements, demonstrated leadership in their field, and their potential to foster long-term cooperation between institutions in the United States and abroad.
