Please join us in congratulating Rose Hudson ’86, President and CEO of the Louisiana Lottery Corporation, distinguished Dillard alumna, and member of the Dillard University Board of Trustees, on her appointment as Secretary of the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL) Board of Directors for Fiscal Year 2027.
The Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL) is a nonprofit organization owned and operated by its member lotteries that oversees some of the nation’s most recognized multi-state lottery games, including Powerball. Through collaboration, governance, and innovation, MUSL helps strengthen lottery operations while generating funding that benefits communities across the country.
As Secretary of the MUSL Board of Directors, Rose will play a key leadership role in guiding the organization’s governance and strategic initiatives while representing the State of Louisiana at the national level. Her appointment reflects a distinguished career marked by visionary leadership, operational excellence, and an unwavering commitment to public service.
