Dillard University admits applicants who possess high standards of scholarship, serious and realistic educational goals, potential for service and leadership, and the personal characteristics of honesty, loyalty and self-respect. The university does not make any distinction as to religion, race, or gender in the admission of its students. Readmit Students are classified as a student who was previously enrolled at Dillard University and has not been enrolled for at least two consecutive semesters.
Application fee of $40.00 via check or money order payable to Dillard University.
Minimum 2.0 cumulative GPA obtained from Dillard University. If a student attended another institution upon leaving Dillard, they must submit that official transcript that reflects at least a 2.0 cumulative GPA for acceptance.
If the student was on academic probation, suspension or had below a cumulative grade point average of 2.0 when they left Dillard University, they must submit their academic appeal letter that outlines their academic success plan. Applications are reviewed once all required documents are submitted.
While Dillard University has rolling admissions, we HIGHLY encourage all applicants to complete the application process by the priority deadlines mentioned below.
