Each year, the Office of Alumni Relations proudly honors alumni and partners whose lives and leadership reflect the excellence of Fair Dillard.

Reunion Weekend is more than a celebration — it is a homecoming of impact. During this unforgettable weekend, we honor alumni and partners whose lives, leadership, and legacy exemplify the Dillard spirit.
Recipients may be nominated for multiple categories. All nominations and deliberations are confidential.
The Ada Green Recruitment Award honors the alumnus/a, alumni chapter, or volunteer leader who has demonstrated exceptional commitment to advancing Dillard University’s recruitment efforts through student referrals, outreach, advocacy, and ambassadorial engagement. This award recognizes those who actively help grow the Dillard family by connecting prospective students to the University and championing enrollment initiatives in their communities.
The Frank Mason Award Corporate Leadership & Partnership Impact Award recognizes exceptional businesses — alumni-led or community partners — that demonstrate extraordinary commitment to the mission and continued success of Dillard University.
Through visionary leadership, strategic partnerships, philanthropic investment, and meaningful engagement, recipients strengthen educational excellence and expand opportunities for Dillard students. Their support fuels innovation, access, and institutional growth.
The Dave Dennis Lifetime Achievement Award honors individuals who have achieved national or international distinction in their field and whose life’s work has transformed institutions, empowered communities, and created lasting impact for humanity.
This award recognizes trailblazers whose influence extends far beyond personal success — leaders whose legacy will shape generations to come.
The Henry “Plook” Lucas Service Award is presented to an alum whose leadership and lifelong dedication to Dillard University exemplify servant leadership.
This honor recognizes consistent commitment, active engagement, and impactful service to their alma mater — inspiring generations of Bleu Devils to stay connected and give back.
The Justice Revius O. Ortique Jr. Professional Excellence Award celebrates distinguished alumni who have achieved exceptional professional success in their chosen field.
Beyond personal achievement, recipients use their platform to uplift others, drive innovation, and create meaningful change within their industries and communities.
The Outstanding Young Alumni Award honors rising leaders who, within 15 years of graduation, have demonstrated extraordinary promise and measurable impact in their careers and communities.

The Dillard University Top 40 Under 40 recognizes dynamic alumni under the age of 40 who are making powerful moves in business, entrepreneurship, education, arts, athletics, politics, research, community organizing, and beyond.
These honorees are innovators. Creatives. Executives. Advocates. Scholars. Leaders.
They don’t just succeed — they elevate communities.
And they give back.
By nominating an outstanding alum, you’re not only recognizing excellence — you’re empowering them to support Dillard’s mission through dedicated fundraising efforts that create scholarships, expand alumni resources, and fuel opportunity for future Bleu Devils.
Age: Must be under 40 at the time of event
• Alumni Status: Must be a Dillard University alumnus/a
• Fundraising Commitment: Must participate in the 40 Under 40 Challenge and raise a minimum of $2,000 in support of scholarships, alumni initiatives, and institutional growth
• Photo Submission: Must agree to submit a professional photo for publication if selected
• Demonstrated Excellence: Must show measurable impact in business, research, arts, leadership, education, philanthropy, civic engagement, or industry innovation

When we celebrate our alumni and partners, we:
Complete the form below and provide as many details as you can. The OCM photography team will notify you by email when your request has been received along with the timeline to expect your update. ALLOW 2 WEEKS MINIMUM FOR UPDATES. (PLEASE, NO LAST-MINUTE REQUESTS.) Some requests require more time. For upcoming events, please include the event name, date, time, location along with a description of the event. THIS FORM IS FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY.
